Job Description
Manning Personnel Group, Inc., is working a Boston Investment Management firm as they are actively seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Administrative / Operations team.
The Executive Assistant needs to be able to juggle multiple stakeholders, work independently and be able to prioritize multiple workstreams.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Proactively maintain calendars, including heavy scheduling of external and internal meetings
- Work with stakeholders to proactively prepare agendas for meetings, follow up on action items and assist with seeing them through to completion
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics and conference registration
- Complete monthly expense reports
- Prioritize and juggle day-to-day tasks across all functions
- Schedule quarterly Board of Directors, Scientific Advisory Board and Founder meetings and act as liaison with their assistants, managing travel logistics, dinners and other related meetings
- Establish relationships with key external contacts and coordinate investor meetings, BD meetings and high priority consultants
- Support a positive, collaborative employee culture, including quarterly team building and social initiatives
- Work with and manage highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Other projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
