Executive Assistant
An Executive Assistant (EA) supports the executive suite through strategic calendar management, clear communication, and proactive organization. They are also responsible for coordinating all travel, demonstrating an acute attention to detail. The ideal candidate has expertise in directly serving executive level leadership, a strong sense of discretion, and good independent judgement.
Manage calendars for our executive team and handle all scheduling both internally and externally.
Develop systems to keep calendars organized, digestible, and up to date.
Coordinate travel arrangements for our executive team, including flights and hotels.
Securely document all personal details and travel preferences.
Prepare itineraries and make important travel details easy to access.
Establish relationships with frequented hotels and venues.
Compile and update expense reports related to travel and other business expenses.
Execute and file NDAs and contracts.
Assist with special projects by coordinating resources and tracking progress.
3-5 years of experience directly serving executive level leadership.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
Extensive experience with Google Suite, especially Google Calendar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and execute on complex projects.
Background in travel coordination and building relationships with hotels & venues.
Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
Must be eligible to work in the US.
Must be able to work 5 days per week at our Cambridge office.
