We are one of the nation's largest faith-based health systems, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to three of our senior executives. Our leadership team is brilliant, fast-paced, and easy-going, but they need a true partner to manage their demanding schedules and administrative needs. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and support for three busy executives.
- Proactively manage and coordinate complex, ever-changing calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and format executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate and assist with project management, tracking deadlines and deliverables for key initiatives originating from the executive offices.
- Facilitate major event planning, from initial coordination to logistical execution.
- Serve as a liaison between the executives and internal / external stakeholders, maintaining respectful and effective relationships.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.A minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator supporting senior-level executives.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (In-Office)
