Reporting to the Senior Group Manager, you'll focus on day-to-day coordination, flawless execution, and supporting scalable processes that elevate the overall quality of our events.

Key Outcomes

• Seamless Event Delivery : Own logistics and at times on-the-ground details to ensure programs run smoothly from start to finish.
• Clear Communication : Keep stakeholders aligned through accurate timelines, status updates, and documentation.
• Process Support : Help implement event planning checklists, templates, and tools that make execution more efficient.
• Cross-Functional Support : Work closely with Sales, Marketing, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Exceptional Attendee Experience : Contribute to creating polished, professional, high-touch moments that make events memorable.
