Position Overview : Communiboost We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to join our team, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Salary Range : $16.50 - $26.00 hourly Location : San Antonio, TX

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring they align with client objectives.
• Manage budgets by estimating costs, creating quotes, and controlling expenditures throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, decorations, AV setup, and transportation.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests during the planning process and on-site execution.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements meet established standards and timelines.
