Your opportunity

  • Manage a team of high performing Executive Assistants in a fast-paced professional asset management environment.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with executive assistants in other departments and global offices to ensure alignment and smooth communication across time zones.
  • Liaise and build relationships with key stakeholders in other teams.
  • Be routinely privy to sensitive material including establishing and maintaining confidential files. May administer personnel records such as performance reviews bonus payments title changes salary changes and PTO.
  • Manage and coordinate departmental projects from implementation through completion.
  • Provide administrative support to investment team members.
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and sets the agenda for meetings schedule appointments and organize special events.
  • Manage calendars prioritize appointments and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations reports and documentation as required.
  • Track and manage business expenses including processing expense reports in compliance with company policy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion at all times.
  • Proactively support operational efficiency by anticipating the needs of the Region.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

    The base salary range for this position is $120000-$135000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through the end of October 2025.

    Annual Bonus Opportunity : Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company department team and individual performance.
