Summit Project Coordinator - Event Production (Short-Term Role)

📍 Location : Hybrid (Remote + Onsite at Microsoft Summit)

⏰ Start Date : Immediate | Duration : Short-Term (2 months, through Summit)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of a large-scale Microsoft Summit . This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization, combining project management, communications, and event coordination .

What You’ll Do

• Manage project timelines, coordination, and communications leading up to the Summit.
• Create / edit decks, update SharePoint sites, and support internal communications.
• Act as executive producer onsite , coordinating AV, logistics, and ensuring sessions run smoothly.
• Support post-event wrap-up and reporting.
