The Job
Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for a Call Center Manager
- who will manage the Call and Referral Center operations, ensuring high-level customer service, approve and recommend assigned staff duties, and act as the point of contact for department heads and stakeholders.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Minimum Requirements
EXPERIENCE : Three (3) years of experience supporting Referral and / or Call Center operations for a healthcare organization AND two (2) years as a designated lead, supervisor, or manager supporting Referral and / or Call Center operations for a healthcare organization (experience may be concurrent).
Desired Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare administration. The candidate will have supervisory experience over professional staff for an acute care hospitals Referral and Call Center.
