A company is looking for a Fraud Support Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to incoming phone calls regarding fraudulent or questionable debit, credit, or ATM activities
Assisting cardholders according to standard operating procedures and directing them to their financial institutions when necessary
Participating in team meetings and quality review sessions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, either customer-facing or phone / chat support
Commitment to work an assigned schedule in a 24 / 7 contact center, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable, high-speed internet service with specified minimum download and upload speeds
A quiet and confidential workspace with a backup location for outages
