In this Field Application Engineer (FAE) role you will drive the successful implementation of power and thermal products while understanding customer needs and applications. This role requires deep technical expertise and commercial judgment to achieve business outcomes, while building strong cross-functional relationships across Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and key external stakeholders.
You’ll be the on-site technical champion at customer locations, key accounts, and partner organizations — delivering pre-sales demonstrations, design-in support, post-sales troubleshooting, and training. Success will rely on applying progressive project management practices, collaborating with global R&D, and approaching challenges with both curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit.

B.S.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline1+ years’ related product or field application experience in power electronic productsProven ability to translate customer needs into solutions and champion those solutions internallyHands-on expertise with power electronics (AC / DC, DC / DC, DC / AC converters, chargers, motor drives)Familiarity with thermal solutions (axial fans, EC fans, liquid cooling, solenoids, pumps)Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skillsMarket familiarity with industries including industrial logistics, energy, agriculture, medical, lighting, automation, food & beverage, off-road vehicles, CNC machines, packaging, oil & gasWillingness to travel 20–30%Key Competencies :
