The Mission

At OffSec, we're not just shaping the future of cybersecuritywe're building a global team that powers it. We're looking for a detail-driven Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly across all OffSec entities. You'll be a key part of our Finance team, supporting the day-to-day operations that keep OffSec running behind the scenes. We're looking for someone who thrives on organization and accuracy but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. If you're organized, proactive, and ready to grow in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Process vendor forms and help Sales Representatives with finance-related requests.
• Register for client portals using official OffSec information.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing or payments.
• Coordinate with the Legal and Finance teams to route and review contracts and documentation.
• Support Sales with financial questions and opportunity edits inside Salesforce.
• Jump in to support management and special projects as neededno two days are ever the same.
• Provide support to other members of Management on an as-needed basis.
• Contribute to resolution of business issues as they arise.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and committees.

This is a full-time position. This position will be performed from a home office.
