Associate IT Asset Management Clerk

Work Location : Riverside Office Complex - ROC

(532 Riverside Avenue Jacksonville, FL 32202)

Description

The IT Asset Management Clerk will organize, tag and distribute incoming merchandise to business units across the company. It is responsible for ensuring inventory records are accurate and equipment arrives timely to the proper client group area.

Essential functions :

  • Shipping and receiving hardware from vendors
  • Preparing assets to be shipped
  • Asset tagging hardware
  • Maintaining inventory via HP asset center%
  • Reconciling inventory
  • Scanning assets with inventory tools
  • Making deliveries to inter city branch offices
  • Organizing contractors daily work
  • Printing / affixing asset tags
  • General warehouse duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Duties :

  • Knowledge of general inventory and warehouse practices
  • Able to lift 70 lbs
  • Able to work in non-air-conditioned spaces from time to time
  • Customer service focus
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Must demonstrate initiative and effective decision-making
  • Must be able to work independently without direct supervision
  • Warehouse machine experience, (i.e. forklift, pallet jack)

    • Required Experience :

    0-2 years of Professional experience in Asset management or inventory control experience

    Required Education :

    High school diploma or GED
