Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator will oversee technical issues that arise within the corporate office of MWS Enterprises, as well as, troubleshoot issues that arise within the stores.

General Duties Include :

POS issues (polling to register, etc.)

Inventory handheld issues

Any other equipment related issues (ordering device, printer, computer, etc.)

New computer installations

Networking setup of a new store

Remotely accessing routers and tank monitors

Internet issues

Networking of office and store equipment

Server maintenance (accounting software server, exchange server, SQL server, etc.)

Windows updates

Oversee any PCI compliance related issues

Maintain server and credit card security

Handle any accounting software or other software related updates

Monitor backups of software

Oversee exchange server

Maintain and setup VPN access as needed

Other general issues and items as they arise

Requirements :

Individual must possess a Bachelor's Degree. Travel may be required from time to time to various locations throughout the company. Previous experience strongly preferred.
