Responsibilities

Lead the Team : Direct and mentor the accounting staff, overseeing daily operations including general ledger, AP / AR, payroll, and reconciliations to keep the finance engine running smoothly.

Own the Close Process : Manage month-end and year-end closes, ensuring timely, accurate financial statements which comply with U.S. GAAP standards.

Support Growth Initiatives : Lead accounting integration for acquisitions, coordinating with legal and valuation teams during M&A transactions to ensure seamless financial consolidation.

Drive Process Improvements : Implement system enhancements and process optimizations, leveraging tools like Sage Intacct to boost efficiency and reporting accuracy across the board.
