We are expanding our team and seeking a Supervising Litigation Attorney to lead our Dallas office. Location : Dallas, TX – In-Office Role

Compensation : $140,000 to $180,000 base, depending on experience, trial success, and leadership record.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee litigation teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
  • Ensure efficient collaboration and timely completion of tasks across your team.
  • Review and ensure all pleadings, motions, and legal documents meet firm quality and compliance standards.
  • Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to resolve staff concerns and maintain a cohesive work environment.
  • Represent clients in hearings, trials, and appeals.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare motions, memoranda, and briefs, and advise on complex litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective case strategies.
  • Attend and actively participate in settlement negotiations.
  • Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 15 years of personal injury litigation experience ( 20+ preferred ).
  • Board Certified in Personal Injury Law with 10+ jury trials to verdict .
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience with attorneys and paralegals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Commitment to excellence, ethical practice, and client-focused advocacy.
