What You Will Do :
- Manage and oversee the debt team responsible for daily debt transactions including mortgage payments DLCs payoffs etc.
- Responsible for month / quarter end reconciliation reviews and approval of journal entries.
- Complete and review monthly quarterly and yearly variance analysis of debt and interest accounts.
- Strategize and work closely with the team to ensure month / quarter end deadlines are hit.
- Identify process inefficiencies within the current flow and work with other team members to drive process change.
- Collaborating among departments to share accounting data and improve efficiencies.
- Acts as Team Leader including mentoring new hires leading projects and resolving issues. Participates in special projects that impact policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
What You Will Bring :
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.5-7 years related experience.CPA preferred.Experience supervising associate-level employees required.Knowledge and experience working with financial systems such as Workday and / or Blackline.Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.Additional Information :
