What You Will Do :

  • Manage and oversee the debt team responsible for daily debt transactions including mortgage payments DLCs payoffs etc.
  • Responsible for month / quarter end reconciliation reviews and approval of journal entries.
  • Complete and review monthly quarterly and yearly variance analysis of debt and interest accounts.
  • Strategize and work closely with the team to ensure month / quarter end deadlines are hit.
  • Identify process inefficiencies within the current flow and work with other team members to drive process change.
  • Collaborating among departments to share accounting data and improve efficiencies.
  • Acts as Team Leader including mentoring new hires leading projects and resolving issues. Participates in special projects that impact policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

What You Will Bring :

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5-7 years related experience.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Experience supervising associate-level employees required.
  • Knowledge and experience working with financial systems such as Workday and / or Blackline.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

    • What You Need to Know
