Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Quality Systems Manager to lead the design, rollout, certification, and continual improvement of Triton's ISO 9001-compliant QMS. This role will collaborate closely with engineering, program management, operations, and leadership to build a quality culture that ensures reliable processes, compliance, and long-term organizational maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System tailored to Triton's R&D-to-commercialization environment.
• Create and maintain QMS documentation including policies, procedures, work instructions, and controlled records.
• Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external readiness and certification audits.
• Lead non-conformance investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective / preventive action (CAPA) programs.
• Track, measure, and report on key quality metrics, risks, and process performance.
• Provide quality training and awareness programs across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings, data trends, and stakeholder feedback.
• Coordinate quality requirements with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Engage cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, manufacturing partners, and leadership to embed quality into daily operations.
