What Youll Be Doing
As our Sales Account Manager youll be at the heart of our client relationships acting as the main point of contact for Mozaiks premium flooring solutions. Your mission Promote sell and manage all Mozaik products in your assigned accounts with enthusiasm!
- Market & Promote : Youll introduce Mozaiks innovative flooring solutions to current and prospective clients. Your goal is to showcase the benefits of our products from LVP to engineered hardwood and help clients find the right fit for their needs.
- Account Strategy : Youll work closely with leadership to build Business Plans for each account maintaining a detailed Account Profile and regularly providing 90-day forecasts and project pipeline updates.
- Client Relationships : Responding swiftly and professionally youll address client needs resolve issues and adapt to changes while keeping service cycles on track.
- Team Collaboration : Regularly updating the team with status reports youll ensure everyones on the same page about account activity from open orders to upcoming projects.
- Continuous Improvement : Attend sales meetings complete training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to ensure youre always ahead of the curve!
