Position Title : Data Migration Lead

Position Location : 10856 Reed Hartman Highway, Cincinnati, OH, 45242 and unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

Summary of Duties : Support scoping and estimation of data migration projects. Leverage NTT DATA Business Solutions Inc. data migration methodology to execute data migration projects. Leverage processes and tools to execute data migration consistently with quality. Responsible for the management of the data migration task lists and update the plan with the latest ETC. Monitor and report key metrics to the PMO and to the data practice in a periodic manner. Ensure execution of data migration tasks in a timely manner and escalate when there is a slippage. Ensure issue resolution is done in a proper manner and completed on time. Manage dependencies between the project milestone dates and data migration due dates. Bring in experience to advise clients appropriately on the tools, data cleansing, and data harmonization. Support clients in setting up appropriate data governance in place. Support building cutover plans. Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of BI implementations and data services as needed. Multiple positions available. May work remotely.

Requires up to 100% travel. Requires travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. May work remotely.

Qualifications : Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field of study plus five (5) of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience in any computer related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Requires extensive experience in leading SAP data migrations. Requires extensive experience with ABAP especially in developing BAPIs. Requires the ability to execute and troubleshoot LSMW and IDOC errors. Requires basic understanding of ABAP / IDOC / BAPI. Requires deep understanding of SAP S / 4 Master data. May work remotely. Up to 100% travel.

The annual base compensation range for this role will be $120,474 - $156,494. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate’s skill set, certifications, and experience.
