- Perform functional and exploratory testing of web-based telecommunications provisioning software.
- Perform regression phone tests, feature verifications, soft client functional tests, sub-system validation, and automated tests.
- Develop and update automation test scripts for web applications and APIs based on provided feature descriptions.
- Create new manual test cases based on provided feature descriptions.
- Create, update, and maintain test plans.
- Generate and archive test results.
- Troubleshoot and report problems found.
- Monitor and collect logs and results.
- Open and submit issue-related tickets to appropriate parties.
- Replicate product problems found in the field.
- Update component firmware or software.
- Organize and manage test beds.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Engineering or related field from an accredited college or Technical School; may substitute equivalent combination of education and experience in addition to minimum experience requirement.
- Minimum 2 4 years of hands-on testing of telecommunications products and / or provisioning software
- Minimum 2 year of experience developing automated test scripts.
- Strong hand on experience using JIRA, Jenkins.
- Strong knowledge of QA best practices, test case design, and defect lifecycle.
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail through repetitive manual test sequences.
- High level of motivation and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision.

- Strong analytical skills for validation and troubleshooting.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office software.

Preferences :
- Strong hands on experience on QE / automation using Selenium for Functional Testing / automation.
- Experience with Postman API testing framework.
- Good hands on experience in creating and maintaining Frameworks with Selenium, & API automation Testing.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of telephony, VoIP, and SIP signaling.
- Bonus points! Experience with SIP phones and SBC products.
- Troubleshooting using Wireshark and syslog captures.
Working Conditions and Environment / Physical Demands :
- Must be able to work in a lab environment.
- Flexibility to work across multiple test platforms or configurations.
- Occasionally required to move about to connect equipment and coordinate work.
