Student Services Specialist

Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota is seeking applications for a Student Services Specialist on our Twin Cities campus. This position provides a high level of customer service to prospective and current students to guide them through Saint Mary’s processes and procedures. This role will assist and advise students as the first point of contact in the following areas : student portal access, tuition and billing, financial aid, and registration services.

The selected candidate will have the following skills and abilities :

• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and student success.
• Excellent communication, listening, writing and editing skills.
• Effective problem-solving, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate financial information into understandable language for students.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to work change.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people, work individually and within a team.
