Accounts Payable Job- SAP Required

Vaco is partnering with a leading client in Chandler, AZ to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated AP processes and hands-on experience with SAP. This hybrid opportunity offers a contract-to-hire path with competitive pay of up to $30 / hour.

Responsibilities :

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and promptly

Completing all weekly and monthly payment runs in a timely and accurate manner.

Dealing with remittances

Sorting, three-company matching, coding, and obtaining approvals for payment.

Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, statements, etc.

Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

Maintaining historical records

Paying vendors by scheduling bill.com and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.

Responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance

Sales tax payable

Around 200 invoices a month with multiple line entries. Qualifications :
