Responsibilities

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, will combine two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network starting in late fall 2025. This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility will offer the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.

Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.

The Human ResourcesCoordinatorwill oversee on-boarding and compliance. The HumanResources (HR) Coordinatorresponsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selectionproceduresand hosting orparticipatingin career events. In addition, the HR Coordinator will haveadditionalresponsibilities, includingorganizing New Hire Orientation sessions, preparing new hire / general employee training packets andmaintainingthem in good supply,maintainingall personnel records and files, processing all changes inHRIS,assistingin organizing all employee activities and in-services, and other duties as assigned or directed.
