Job Title : Accounting Manager

Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to lead and manage our accounting operations. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of financial systems, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting the organization's financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, leadership experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and policies.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals by providing clear direction and setting performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making processes.
• Evaluate and enhance existing accounting systems and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage tax compliance efforts and ensure adherence to state, federal, and other tax regulations.
• Coordinate and provide assistance with audits, responding to questions and preparing necessary documentation.
• Analyze financial data and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate risk and support organizational growth

The salary range for this position is $110k to $130k. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with a match and 15 days of paid time off and 10 paid holidays per calendar year.
