We're seeking a skilled Budget Analyst who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings clarity to complexity, and turns financial insights into meaningful action. In this role, you'll support financial operations across the organization and collaborate closely with operations, leadership, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with operations to manage and adjust site-level budgets

Analyze revenue and expense data to identify trends and support strategic decisions

Deliver accurate, actionable financial reports to leadership

Manage customer invoicing and reconcile company credit card expenses

Lead budget review meetings and drive accountability

Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls

Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend process improvements

Adapt quickly and professionally to shifting priorities and needs

What You Bring

3+ years in a Budget Analyst , financial analyst, or accounting role

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Advanced Excel skills; QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred

Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail

Clear communicator-especially when explaining financial data to non-finance teams

Proven ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : $65,000–$75,000 / year
