Position Summary :

The Strategic Learning and Business Consultant - Leadership is responsible for driving leadership development across the organization. Responsible for leading performance coaching, team development, and leadership training using the Birkman method, ensuring leaders at all levels are equipped with the tools they need to succeed. Will design, build, and facilitate the Leadership Institute, while providing consultative expertise to HR and managing leadership-related documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide one-on-one and group performance coaching for leaders, leveraging the Birkman method to improve self-awareness, leadership behaviors, and team dynamics.
• Facilitate team development sessions that enhance collaboration, communication, and leadership effectiveness across departments.
• Build and facilitate the Leadership Institute, a structured program focused on developing leadership skills for current and future leaders within the organization.
• Act as a strategic consultant to the HR department, advising on leadership development strategies, talent management, and organizational development needs.
• Oversee the management of leadership-related documents, including training materials, development plans, and assessments to ensure consistency and accessibility.
• Utilize the Birkman method for assessments and development plans, providing insights into personality, behavior, and performance to enhance leadership effectiveness.
• Conduct quarterly quality assurance reviews of training courses to ensure content is current, delivery is professional and identify any learning gaps.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.

Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
