Order Fulfillment Specialist

FLSA Status : This position is non-exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is eligible for overtime

pay as required by law.

Operating Hours : 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm CST (nights early mornings and Saturday work is required approximately

every 4-6 weeks)

Travel : Some travel may be required between company locations.

Job Summary

The Order Fulfillment Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient receiptstorage and shipment of products within EVEXIAS operational framework. While the Print ShopSpecialist focuses on the production of high-quality printed materials this role emphasizes inventorymanagement and order fulfillment to deliver a seamless client experience. Reporting to the Director ofOperations the Order Fulfillment Specialist supports event logistics maintains accurate inventoryrecords and ensures timely and organized product delivery. This role requires attention to detailexcellent organizational skills and a commitment to meeting company standards in customersatisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management

• Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment ensuring products are accurately labeled and packaged.
• Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate records for audits and quality control.
• Monitor stock levels and optimize storage solutions to ensure efficient use of space.

Shipping & Delivery Operations
