Mid-level Product Designer

A company is looking for a Product Designer (Mid-level). Key Responsibilities : Comprehend product goals, identify requirements, and address user problems to optimize member impact and company benefits Illustrate and present creative solutions that enhance user experience; effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders Support user experience research, share findings, and integrate insights into product development to refine user interactions Qualifications / Skills : 3+ years of experience, with at least 2 years of UI / UX design experience and 2 years of dedicated product design experience Proficient in design principles and best practices, including typography, desktop / mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography Possesses a diverse and compelling online portfolio that showcases a wide range of design projects Demonstrated ability to take initiative and make decisions under uncertainty Strong adaptability to changing business needs with a knack for building and optimizing processes
