Make a Difference as a Counselor Supervisor

Are you passionate about helping individuals on their journey to recovery? At MedMark Treatment Centers, we’re seeking a dedicated Counselor Supervisor to lead a team of compassionate counselors providing essential support to individuals overcoming opioid use disorder.

What You’ll Do :

  • Supervise a team of Counselors and ensure delivery of exceptional patient care
  • Oversee intake operations and assign / manage counselor caseloads
  • Maintain your own manageable caseload while ensuring compliance and documentation standards
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and guide clinical performance through mentoring and training
  • Serve as Acting Treatment Center Director as needed

    • What You Bring :

  • Active OH license : LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, LISW, or LPCC.
  • 3+ years’ experience working with chemically dependent populations
  • Prior supervisory experience in a clinical or treatment setting
  • Compassionate, team-first mindset with a commitment to ethical care
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EMR experience is a plus
  • Satisfactory criminal background check & drug screen
