Overview

The Intranet Site Content and Site Administrator will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing our law firm's intranet site on the Infodash platform. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the intranet meets the needs of all employees and supports the firm's goals.

Essential job functions

  • Design, develop, and maintain the intranet site using the Infodash platform.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and ensure the intranet content is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Develop content standards and retention policies.
  • Implement and manage intranet features such as news updates, document libraries, and collaboration tools.
  • Coordinate with Infodash for escalated support, upgrades and future alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze intranet usage and performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Train and support staff on using the intranet effectively.
  • Ensure the intranet is secure and complies with the firm's data protection policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the intranet site.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online administration, including permissions, workflows, and site configuration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange) and integration with SharePoint-based platforms.
  • Experience managing integrations with enterprise applications (e.g., iManage, Aderant, BigHand).
  • Strong understanding of content governance, including version control, retention policies, and permissions.
  • Ability to analyze site usage data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work across departments and with non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

    • Educational And Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing intranet sites, preferably on the Infodash platform.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
