Elk Grove Ford is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Express Lube Advisor to join our award-winning Service Department. If you have a passion for helping people, a knack for organization, and an interest in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and guide them through the Express Service process with professionalism and care
• Clearly explain maintenance services, recommended repairs, and warranty coverage
• Write up repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with Express Technicians to ensure timely vehicle turnaround
• Maintain excellent customer communication throughout the service visit
• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied and informed about their vehicle’s condition

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which included Commission off Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

The Estimated Monthly Earnings Range is $3,958.00 - $7,792.00.
