Office Assistant

Responsibilities :

  • Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Support daily office functions, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with general office functions and procedures.
