Location : Wichita, KS Compensation : Base of $36,000 annually + incentive opportunities with uncapped commission potential. On Target Earnings in this role are $60,000+. Build rapport with potential buyers through in-person interactions, follow-up calls, and digital outreach. Track customer interactions and sales progress using internal systems and CRM tools. Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall team performance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service or delivery. Minimum Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or service-oriented role Quick to learn and adapt to new sales technologies and CRM tools Goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Upon completing the application, you will be prompted to complete our HAALO inventory.
