A company is looking for a Senior Manager, CRM to lead lifecycle strategy across a portfolio of fast-growing DTC brands.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead client relationships and develop acquisition and retention strategies
Own the email production workflow and ensure alignment with marketing goals
Analyze reporting to identify insights and present recommendations to clients
Required Qualifications :
3-5 years of email marketing experience in the e-commerce industry
Advanced experience with campaign management tools, primarily Klaviyo
2+ years of agency experience and client relationship management
Experience managing subscription and loyalty programs
Strong organizational and presentation skills
