Decision Scientist

A company is looking for a Decision Scientist & Analytics Engineer to bridge data and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to identify and define key business problems and translate them into testable hypotheses

Design and analyze A / B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of products and marketing strategies

Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict outcomes and provide actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science

3+ years of experience in Decision Science, Data Science, or Product Analytics

Expert-level SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation

Experience with DBT for data modeling and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI

Strong business acumen to connect data insights to strategic goals
