Laurel Hill Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Employment Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping individuals with psychiatric disabilities achieve meaningful employment and greater self-reliance.

As an Employment Specialist, you'll provide community-based vocational services using evidence-based practices, including the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. You'll spend at least 65% of your time in the community , building relationships with employers, supporting participants on the job, and helping them navigate employment-related challenges.

Compensation & Benefits

This behavioral health position earns a competitive salary of $46,000 – $58,000 / year . We provide excellent benefits, including :
