Job Description :

The AP / AR Specialist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with billing and collections. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process vendor invoices and perform three-way match of purchase orders and receipts.
• Handle vendor inquiries and ensure timely resolution of billing or payment discrepancies.
• Enter AP and AR transactions into the accounting system with a high degree of accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices and monitor outstanding balances.
• Assist with reconciliations and support month-end close activities.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to improve processes and ensure timely reporting.
