Senior Manager, Employee Relations

As Senior Employee Relations Manager for our global data center operations in Abilene, Texas, you will act as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on leader—managing your own caseload of complex ER matters while guiding and developing a team of Employee Relations Consultants. You’ll play a critical role in fostering a respectful, compliant, and high-performance workplace culture in a 24 / 7 mission-critical environment. This role will report to the ER Director leading the organization aligned partnerships and will focus on managing employee relations initiatives across OCI with a team of ER professionals reporting directly to this role.

Work Environment & Requirements : This role supports a 24 / 7 data center operation, including interaction with teams across day and night shifts throughout the calendar year. The position requires a consistent on-site presence at our Abilene, Texas facility and is subject to access protocols—including biometric data processing for identity verification and secure site entry.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
