Group is part of an 850-physician multispecialty group with exceptional revenue cycle management, billing, contracting, payor relations, human resources, and legal services – all while retaining the independence of a free-standing, private practice. Very stable group with extremely low turnover (other than retiring group members) with a practice culture that promotes a healthy work life balance. Partnership track with ownership opportunities in non-hospital based ambulatory surgery center and hearing aid business. Paid ER call with no facial trauma call. Hospital call is shared with other practices in the region (average 5-6 call weeks / year). Monday-Friday office hours with no evenings or weekends.
