AEM Scrum master

Duties & Responsibilities Must be able to work on-site one or two weeks per month in Bellevue, WA (near Seattle, WA) Hands-on project experience with A e Experience Manager (AEM) Reduce waste and increase the efficiency of the team by driving the adoption of Agile Scrum processes Lead teams to a high performing state by embracing the principles of servant-leadership Continuously assess the agile maturity of the team and coach the team to high performing state Actively contribute to the improvement of the company s agile practices Experiment with strategies and tactics to increase the competency and efficiency of the individual contributors on the team Build a professional and collaborative team environment where issues can be raised and resolved quickly Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand ups, demos, and retrospectives) Collaboratively define, report, and interpret metrics that help the team understand how teams are performing Serve as the liaison between the PMO, or other functional areas, and the development team Work to remove impediments for the teams Manage dependencies between your team and third parties or between your team and other agile teams Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer.
