Opportunity Overview

Communication Specialist position based in Juno Beach, Florida. This is a 1 year contract assignment (W-2). You will use AI and automation tools to improve workflows, enhance content quality, and increase marketing efficiency. You will report to the onsite Manager and perform other job‑related responsibilities as assigned.

Your Day-to-Day

Implement integrated marketing plans across digital and print channels, ensuring every campaign launches.

Manage project plans and deliverables – ensuring campaigns stay on track from kickoff to completion.

Partner with internal channel owners and external vendors to ensure coordination and brand execution.

Develop channel‑specific content that strengthens messaging, engages audiences, and reflects the brand voice.

Manage campaign plan approval processes, coordinating with team members to secure sign‑offs and maintain project momentum.

Monitor campaign performance in real time, using data and insights to identify opportunities and implement optimizations that improve outcomes.

Use AI and automation tools to improve workflows, enhance content quality, and increase marketing efficiency.

Perform other job‑related tasks as assigned.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management.

Deliver high‑quality results.

Proficiency in Monday.com.

Familiarity with AI or automation tools to support marketing operations, content development, and performance optimization.

Knowledge of marketing analytics, digital performance metrics, and multi‑channel campaign management tools.
