Position Summary

We’re looking for a talented and driven digital-first Art Director to elevate and execute the Buffini & Company brand across marketing, digital experiences, events and advertising. Reporting to the Senior Creative Director, this role will lead the day-to-day design execution, mentor a team of designers, and bring strong conceptual thinking to every campaign. The right candidate is both a hands-on creator and a strategic thinker, with deep experience across brand identity, digital, social, event and environmental design.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Senior Creative Director to deliver impactful creative strategies across campaigns, events and digital platforms.

Lead the creation and execution of digital-first design strategies across web, social, email, and multimedia platforms, ensuring visually compelling, platform specific, and brand-consistent experiences that drive engagement and growth.

Mentor and manage a team of designers, providing feedback and direction to elevate their work.

Collaborate with the Design Director, Traditional Media to deliver a seamless customer experience across traditional marketing, events, and product design.

Contribute strong conceptual thinking and fresh ideas that bring campaigns to life and deepen audience engagement.

Collaborate with marketing, video, curriculum and product teams to ensure visual experiences are cohesive and on brand.

Guide the team’s workflow, timelines and quality control to deliver consistently excellent work.

Stay current on design, branding, web and social trends to keep the brand fresh, relevant and distinctive.

Develop and maintain Buffini’s visual brand standards, ensuring consistency across all creative output.

Oversee asset creation from concept to final delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets and brand standards.

Qualifications

6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.

Proven track record in agency or in-house brand design across campaigns, digital, web and experiential design.

Strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, storytelling and high-impact execution across media.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma, Sketch or similar tools a plus.

Deep understanding of digital media, responsive web design, social platforms, print and environmental design.

Excellent collaboration, communication and project management skills.

Experience managing or directing creative work across a design team.

Passion for mentoring, developing talent and raising the standard of design.

Experience in real estate, coaching or lifestyle brands is a plus.
