Job Description :

• Building Maintenance Worker / Painter responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints and coatings, and completing jobs on time.
• Duties include selecting tools and materials, protecting surrounding objects, repairing surfaces, applying protective or decorative finishes using brushes or spray guns, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Requires good attention to detail.
• May have additional responsibilities of general maintenance duties.
