Inventory Clerk – 3rd Shift (Full-Time Opportunity) Location : Miramar, FL 33025

Pay : $18.00 / hr during training → increases to $18.50 / hr after training

Schedule :

• Training : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
• Regular Shift (after training) : Sunday–Thursday, 5 : 00 PM – approx. 2 : 00 AM
• Overtime : 4–5 hours during peak season (may vary)

What You’ll Do

Work alongside the night shift order-picking crew to identify and correct inventory discrepancies.

Investigate items placed in the “penalty box” (miss-picks, short picks, etc.) and resolve inventory issues.

Accurately record all daily inventory transactions in SAP or ERP systems.

Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile variances.

Process claims, holds, and returned products accurately and in a timely manner.

Communicate with supervisors regarding any stock or order service issues.

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and cherry pickers (Crown preferred).

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What We’re Looking For

Experience : 0–3 years in inventory, warehouse, or related roles.

Technical Skills :

Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, lookups, reports).

Equipment Skills :

Forklift and Cherry Picker experience (minimum 1 year) required.

Crown brand experience preferred.

Personal Traits :

Works well independently with minimal supervision.

Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.

Work Environment

Setting : Hot and dry warehouse (no A / C, but fans provided).

Dress Code : Jeans or shorts (no graphic tees).

PPE : Steel-toe shoes or boots required.

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted.
