A Day in the Life

This is a hybrid (2 days a week) position, based out of our various regional office locations, that may require in-person client facing meetings. As our Account Manager on the Employee Benefits team, you'll :

• Manage annual planning timeline and ensure all client deliverables are prepared on a timely basis
• Manage strategic planning, renewal & marketing, compliance, open enrollment, implementation and employee communication efforts for all assigned clients
• Independently produce accurate and timely materials and consistently audit work product to minimize errors
• Navigate our resources and leverage our carrier partners to advocate for and solve problems for clients, providing a great client experience and helping our retention efforts
• Stay organized, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and proactively plan to meet deadlines and get in front of potential issues
• Develop / simplify benefit guides
