Office Automation Specialist

Our client, a well-established insurance company, is seeking a full-time Office Automation Specialist. This onsite role is located in Hartford, CT, offers Monday-Friday hours (40 hrs / week), and runs through March. The position pays $20 / hr. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process W-9 forms in the tax database with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Sort, scan, and manage paper and digital mail received in shared inboxes.
• Log voicemails into Excel templates.
• Assist with various reports, primarily Excel-based.
• Utilize multiple software programs, including desktop publishing, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation graphics.
• Support projects with strong organizational and communication skills.
