RR46 is hiring : Junior Web Developer in Fargo

RR46 is looking for a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn Junior Web Developer to join our Digital Services team in our Fargo, ND office. This role centers on front-end development within a WordPress environment, turning Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and maintainable websites. You’ll work closely with our design and development teams to bring digital experiences to life, while also keeping client websites fresh and functional through regular updates and ongoing maintenance.

What You’ll Do

• Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive HTML / CSS integrated within WordPress
• Work with our custom WordPress component system to style and build reusable site elements
• Perform content updates, layout tweaks, and styling changes through WordPress CMS
• Handle ongoing site maintenance : plugin updates, bug fixes, speed optimizations
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Location of work : Fargo, ND; no relocation stipend is available.

Annual pay range : $44,000 – $50,000

Pay rate would depend on a variety of factors including your experience and education.
