ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and follow all safety procedures
- Current on all safety trainings
- Wears all required PPE when necessary (steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear plugs)
- Complete General Plant Safety Training within the first 8 weeks
- Conduct regular cycle count procedures to ensure inventory accuracy
- Perform and approve daily inventory transactions
- Audit inbound and outbound shipments
- Ability to interpret and explain inventory variances
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and vendors
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years’ experience in a computer-aided warehousing operation, or any equivalent combination of educationProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelStrong Math SkillsStrong organization skillsSAGE and / or IFS knowledge preferablePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift at least 25lbs and to push-pull up to 50lbsMust be able to work long periods while continuously standing, twisting, bending, reaching, and stoopingMust be able to work in an environment, which is dusty and noisyMust be able to work in plant environment with extreme seasonal temperaturesBEHAVIORS
