What You Will Do :

• Greet customers and assist with their service and repair needs.
• Clearly communicate vehicle issues, repair options, and timelines
• Prepare accurate repair orders and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience from drop-off to pick-up.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug-free workplace. The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.
