Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce CRM Architect & Multidisciplinary Leader with 8+ years of experience to drive the evolution of our Salesforce implementation and lead complex, cross-functional programs across our organization. As a key leader, you will combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise to not only optimize our Salesforce ecosystem but also manage and scale critical initiatives outside of Salesforce, delivering value across the business. This role requires greenfield implementation knowledge, where you will build scalable systems and processes from the ground up.In this role, you will :

• Design Scalable Salesforce Solutions : Lead the design and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions like Marketing Automation, CDP, Service Cloud, etc that scale with the growth of our ride-hailing robotics company, ensuring alignment with our long-term business strategy.
• Manage Complex Integrations : Oversee complex integrations between Salesforce and other key business systems, ride-hailing platforms, and external third-party services.
• Set Development Standards : Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines across Salesforce projects to ensure high-quality and efficient execution.
• Cross-Functional Program Leadership : Lead and manage large, multidisciplinary programs that span beyond Salesforce, working with teams in product development, engineering, operations, and customer experience to drive business transformation.
• Optimize Platform & Business Performance : Continuously monitor and enhance Salesforce performance while also identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems across the organization.
• Ensure Security & Compliance : Ensure that Salesforce and other integrated systems meet security, compliance, and data governance standards, particularly in an industry dealing with autonomous vehicles and sensitive data.
• Scale Operational Excellence : Lead initiatives aimed at scaling operations effectively, introducing automation and process improvements across various departments to support the growth of the company.
• Champion Innovation & Transformation : Stay ahead of industry trends in both Salesforce and autonomous technology, bringing forward-thinking solutions to the organization and driving transformative change.

Base Salary Range

There are three major components to compensation for this position : salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position. Zoox also offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off (e.g. sick leave, vacation, bereavement), unpaid time off, Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, Amazon RSUs, health insurance, long-term care insurance, long-term and short-term insurance, and life insurance.
